OCAA Championships
A week after the Ottawa trip it was time to lace up the indoors again and head to Kitchener/Waterloo for the OCAA Championships...The top 6 teams in Ontario battling it out...We played against Seneca in our first game, losing 1-0 in a really close game, with an excellent performance by Chippy between the pipes...Seneca would eventually go on to win the OCAA Championship over Sir Sanford Fleming, our next opponent...They whooped us 4-1...It wasn't really close, they were a really talented side, some great individual players and a great team too...But they stole our "Who Let the Dogs Out" chant!!! Ever brutal, eh?
We got to stick around for Saturday night in the Tri-city, so we decided to head over to the local Philthy McNasty's to see how it measured up to the Hamilton one...For the 2nd night in a row, it was Stan's birthday! Not really, but you know how that thing goes...Luckily for Stan, he didn't get a pie in the face this time, like he had the night before at East Side Mario's...this time he got a polaroid taken of him with a football helmet on and a little dessert...Once again, we were impressed with Philthy's, and look forward to hittin' another one again someday...Afterwards we headed to the almost completed girls game to cheer on the Lady Lakers (better late than never!), then a few of us (Me, Robbie C, Carlo D, Chippy, Nico) headed to the Lyric to have a couple drinks. It was a pretty cool place, with a lot of 'rizzos', and it was also St. Patty's Day, so we had a couple green shooters...Anyhow, here are the pics I took on the trip

Nico & Marshall in the van...Thank goodness Nico was around, he made us all laugh our @$$E$ off!
Just a word of advice: Don't get this guy goin' on Mussolini!!!

Carlo D and Rosscoe takin' a nap on the road

Stan & myself talking over some first aid techniques, after I stole Doc's jacket
